Everyone knows this nightmare scenario: You're going along about your day, surfing the internet, and you don't read a dubious URL closely enough to notice it is a random assortment of letters and numbers and ... you click. An instant later, as you watch the virus warnings and pop ups and malign programs flashing across your desktop, taking over your life, you wonder, "Why can't I rewind the clock back in time one minute and not click on that darn link???"

After spending a day and a night (without a break) trying in vain to fix my computer, I gave up and took it in to the guys at Computer Care, Inc. They took the computer from me overnight and called me in the next morning.

It was fixed. Not a trace of the attack. What a relief! All my files and programs are intact, and aside form some minor evidence that something went wrong (computer is a bit slower than it used to be, and "stalls" at times), there doesn't seem to be anything else wrong. No active infection. I was soooo grateful I could move on with my life and not buy a new machine or spend weeks trying to fix it. Thank you guys, you are the best!! Share Your Review
