I was so frustrated! I tried to turn on my computer and it wouldn't start up. I couldn't get into Windows, it was a disaster. I took it in, figuring it was time to start researching new laptops, and woohoo, they fixed it!! I was surprised how fast they were too! It was working again in no time at all.
