My son was coming home from college and we needed to go pick him and all his accumulated stuff up. We went to U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer and got a car trailer. They helped us fit our truck with a ball, as we had the hole but didn't have a ball. They then helped us get everything hooked up properly and explained everything to us.
