I heard that this place was expensive … it’s not. It’s actually very reasonable. Well, so long as you avoid the tea, which is a bit much. All the entrees I have had here though have been quite affordable. They have some stuff I haven’t even seen outside of Japan too, like those green tea soba noodles that are served cold! Tasty green noodles for $7! The service here is hit or miss, which is the only reason I took off a star. What a great place to eat! The ambiance is awesome, and the food is even better! I recommend the Kobe Riverstone BBQ, which is this really cool dish that comes out on a miniature grill. You get to dip the beef and cook it yourself to whatever extent you want, and it is amazingly good meat. Cooking at the table is so much fun! And I recommend the crispy rice with the spicy tuna.
