Staples ... where you can find any basic office supply, if you hunt hard enough. They have some good deals on paper and binders, but you have to mull through all the expensive stuff before you can find the good stuff. They're helpful for basic electronics needs too, but not much specific. Print cartridges. You can get a good deal on those here too, though I recommend recycling yours if there's anyone in your area that can do it. I only buy one every six months or so, and then take it to get refilled at a postal annex. Saves a lot!
