A very good local Chinese food restaurant. As you'd expect from a name like "Spring Garden," their food is very fresh. Meat and veggies alike seem to be high quality. Spring Garden is cheap and delicious, exactly the combo I look for when I choose a Chinese restaurant. I really enjoy their seafood specialties, which are very affordable, like the rest of their menu! Their food seems to be very fresh, and it's prepared well, not too greasy. Whatever oil they use seems to be friendly to my digestive system. Spring rolls are one of their specialties as you might guess. I can't get enough of them! The lobster is my favorite entree. I always get the oysters when I go to the Spring Garden. they are really yummy and they come in a great price and quantity. There are also some other dishes which you have to try, such as the shrimps and the seafood soup or the platter with the appetizers, that includes spring rolls and dumplings and some meatballs and stuffed mushrooms. The quality is remarkable and the prices are really low, compared to what you get with that amount of money. I definitely recommend the Spring Garden for a nice and quiet meal out.
