I came in here to find a battery for my watch, and I had no idea where to start looking since it was the first time I ever had to buy one. When I came in, there were other people here browsing, but it wasn't that crowded, and there were three customer service people. One of them was with a customer, but the other two were doing some kind of organizational task with the shelves, and they didn't look up when I tried to get their attention--two times. After they did, they just looked at me like I was in their way, instead of helping me. Finally, they did help me find the watch battery, but I just didn't feel like my business was important to them. This is not a unique complaint to this store either. I have encountered this at many other Radioshacks in the past. I think that it's some kind of management problem with the entire chain.
