 Geraldine O. from East Meadow, NY on Aug 20, 2012 I've been renting storage here for about seven months, and so far it hasn't been a bad experience. I'll be coming back to town after I'm done with my year of art school downtown, so it's not a long term arrangement. It just doesn't all fit in my little studio apartment in Manhattan. The only thing which has bugged me is that they raised my rents without telling me. I guess that's pretty much par the course with storage facilities, and I do understand that they need to raise or lower rates in conjunction with the market. Some storage places will apparently just keep raising your rates forever. Customer service assured me that's not what's going on here. So hopefully it's not! Anyway, for a year long solution, I think it's been just fine.
