Papa Joe's pizza is the best! We've been eating here for years now, and I swear they've gotten better and better.

I overlooked this restaurant for a while for the silly reason that I kept thinking it was a Papa John's! How funny. Well, maybe not. I guess that could be a really inconvenient way to name your restaurant. Anywho, it's one of the better pizza restaurants I have tried since I moved here! I don't think it's expensive. Not sure where Eric's coming from there. They bring you a lot of food, and mine usually results in leftovers.

First off, the link here is wrong. This is Papa Joe's, not Papa John's. Papa John's is a pizza chain, whereas this is a locally owned restaurant, although it does serve pizza as well as other Italian food. You can eat in, get takeout, order delivery, or get catering in-house for parties. So they pretty much do everything here.
I think they do some things better than others. Like, for example, I would not come in here for lunch just to sit down with a slice and a salad and eat. Why? Because the food, while tasty, is rather expensive when you order it like that. I'd rather pay half the price and eat somewhere else.
But, for catering, they do an awesome job. If you need to order a large amount of food for a group of people, the price comes out pretty nicely, and the food is good, so everyone is usually pretty happy with it. They are very professional and prompt. So I'd give Papa Joe's 3 stars for eating by yourself, but 5 stars for catering. That comes out to 4 stars overall.
