I came here for PT for a few months before they weren't able to do much more for me. Mostly they taught me how to do at-home exercises and stretches to regain strength in my back. I don't know how long I''ll have to do them before things go back to the way they were before, but it was nice getting some medical guidance on my way to recovery. They suggested I consider seeing an acupuncturist, so I will probably be doing that soon as well. Share Your Review
