2 years in a row Vitelli never filed federal and state tax returns that were supposed to be EFILED. He was paid $450 per return. I made him aware of this, as I found out after applying for FEMA. This has delayed grants to help my family return to our damaged home. One year would have been a possible mistake, but not 2! He has not returned phone calls or tried to remedy this in any way, leaving me to believe this was intentional. I am now faced with late filing fees from both federal and state.
Avoid being audited and go to someone who charges less and actually submits your returns.
