I love iLoveKickboxing Bethpage!!! The instructors are so encouraging and they really care about how we feel about ourselves! The workouts are intense and no matter how in shape you are there is always room to push yourself even harder! Best and most fun workouts I've ever had! I am addicted and cannot wait to continue to see results! No matter what your reason is for exercising, you will better yourself in so many ways at iLoveKickboxing Bethpage!

I love kickboxing Bethpage is hands down is one of the most professional and caring physical fitness environments I have experienced. The workouts are fun and challenging. Motivational talks are done at each and every class, which keeps you wanting to come back for more. Love this facility so much, that my daughter is now enrolled in the karate program. I love kickboxing Bethpage has changed my life forever and I am happy to tell you that if I could give a rating of 6 stars I would!

I started kickboxing on Long Island back in 1999 and have kickboxed my way through countless personal and professional adversity, undergraduate and graduate study in psychotherapies, and continual and ongoing immersion into self-defense study. Since 1999, and for the previous 14 years, I have kickboxed, in and out of, countless private and public gyms, Dojo’s, and professional training schools across Long Island, Tucson, and stretching throughout Los Angeles. I have remained at The Karate Academy of Bethpage (www/ilovekickboxing.com), not only for the longest amount of time at any formal place of instruction, but have done so as a direct result of the level of professionalism and knowledge shown by the instructors, mission of the school (i.e., honesty, integrity, character), and amount of positive energy created in each class. From my first day of kickboxing at the school, and with 12 years of kickboxing under my belt, I was treated with dignity, respect, and extended courtesies that were not granted to me at other schools. For example, the instructors were never rude (they never told me how my body should be feeling when obviously I am an expert on that and know and understand what it is capable of doing and not doing), never entered my personal space unless I agreed it was ok, and communicated with me on a variety of levels both verbally and non-verbally. Having all of those accommodations, I have found to be rare, amongst even my top three favorite places to kickbox in the country! I would not hesitate for even a split-second to extend an extremely high and awesome recommendation to The Karate Academy of Bethpage (www.ilovekickboxing.com) and every instructor working there as they have done nothing but positively influence any kickboxing routine or technique I have learned throughout my journey.

I love kickboxing bethpage is not just a gym, it's a way of life. You are given the tools for a mind and body transformation. The instructors truly cares about your well being and success. How awesome is it to come home and get a personalized note saying great job keep it up. Or when you fall off your routine, which happens and get a letter saying we miss you and are here for you. That's motivation and encouragement you will not find in any gym. Let's face it, most gyms are happy to take your money and never see you again.
As for the workouts they are different every time. High intensity and hard work. But fun and results oriented. You will sweat. You will work hard. You will get addicted. You will see results. If that's what you are looking for then ilovekickboxing bethpage is the gym for you!
