Our house is located at the bottom of a hill in just such a spot that runoff is a bit of a problem when it rains really hard. We used to have a leak in our basement as a result. Harbor Basement Waterproofing does exactly what you'd guess from their name--they waterproof basements with leak issues like ours. They fixed the sealing on our basement door and also our windows, and filled in several cracks in our walls.
