I’ve been doing the personal one on one training they offer here. I’ve learned a ton about nutrition, which has really helped me to get more out of my cardio workouts! There’s a lot of stuff I was doing wrong when it came to both my workouts and my diet, and now I feel like I have a much better approach. Being able to get personal advice has been amazing!
