We called them on a referral to fix our AC. It was such a hot day. We were grateful they were able to take care of it same day. The price was well worth it for such fast, friendly, and excellent service.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They installed both my heater and my air conditioning unit. Both are central systems which take care of my whole house. There are some wide temperature swings here on Long Island throughout the year, and no way you can live comfortably without central AC and heat, especially if you have a big house like I do. These guys are fast with installations, respectful of your house and property, polite, and informative. I learned a lot about maintaining the systems while I was there and they were installing them for me. I feel better equipped to take care of things on my own now, and if I do have a problem at any point I can't resolve, I'm calling in Dick's Plumbing and Heating.

When I wanted to set up my HVAC, Dick’s plumbing and air conditioning repairs were the people I wanted on board. I have a friend who raved about them so much, I couldn’t wait to try them out. I did have a lovely experience with them but I’m not happy with the way they carried out my HVAC installation. The entire device stutters so much and vibrates with the entire wall shaking (umm, apparently only I feel the wall shaking in my family), I had to get another HVAC specialist to check them out. All I can say is that I did have a good experience with them, but then not as great as my friend. So, I’m not exactly raving here! Hope this helps. They are good, but not great in any way. However, yes, I got what I paid for and feel I struck a good deal with them, in the end.

We have always relied on Dick’s awesome plumbing and heating services on all our home maintenance repair work. All I can say is that I’m happy to have him on board always. My home is better heated and there are no plumbing discrepancies ever now! WOW would be an understatement to describe his services.

Surviving the chilly winters in NYC is no joke. But, with Dick’s plumbing and heating services there to assist you, the job is made so very easier! They are great and offer you good products, which are certified to be of high quality. I’ve already recommended one of their units to be set up in my office, and would hire one more heating unit for our garage, where we sometimes spend time working on our truck! Three cheers!
