Look up Dahn Yoga online sometime and you will discover it is a large chain of yoga centers that are not really yoga centers like you'd go to just to get some stress relief or to work on your physique or your energy. If you want to just take a yoga class and enjoy yourself, head somewhere else. These people are very dogmatic. I took a class expecting something totally different and was very dismayed. Dahn Yoga Center is NOT a normal yoga center. Please ignore the other review that you read here which talks about it like it's just a place to go for stress relief and so on. Dahn Yoga is a large cult organization. Take a few minutes to look them up online, and you'll see exactly what I mean. There are a lot of negative stories about them, which as far as I know are completely deserved. Don't come here, or you'll find yourself somewhere you didn't want to be. There are plenty of other yoga studios in town which offer what you're looking for - exercise, relaxation, and a place to enhance your connection to body and spirit. My job is really stressful, and I have been learning how to relieve some of that stress by learning different meditation techniques and exercises at the Dahn Yoga Center. I've only been going for a month, but I am feeling a little better each time I go. Maybe once I get the stress under control, I'll give a go at weight loss. Share Your Review
