I used to be pleased with cheaper peepers.I have been a customer for 10 years.I have not been happy with them for quite some time.The customer service is rushed this coming from a all cash customer 10 years.I spoke with one if their counter reps today Carmen who was arguementative rude and just plain nasty.I was calling to ask a question she started to dictate to me.Terrible attitude I had to remind her I was the customer.It did not phase her.Based on this after all these years I am going elsewhere

I developed power and had to go and see a doctor before it became worse. I decided to check up with Cheaper Peepers and I am happy they were my choice. I got wonderful treatment and they were very affable during the consultation. They also gave me a list of ‘secret’ dos and donts so that I get rid of my sight easily. Thank you Cheaper Peepers. I had to go to the doctor and have my eyes checked last week. I went at the Cheaper Peepers and they said that I only needed a pair of glasses to make my eyes rest for a while. That means that I did not need any special treatment or care. However, I got the glasses and I saw immediate results. They were really thoughtful and offered to do another exam, for free, just to be on the safe side. I found it really professional of them and caring. I was all right, but the thing was that they actually cared about my eye condition, it could not have been a trick. I bought my glasses and I still can not believe that there are professionals that can be of great service, great price and excellent feedback. Share Your Review
