I think that Carvel has been making ice cream for over half a century now and it is well known in Ronkonkoma for that. The ice cream is really tasty and the flavors are great. It also includes some gorgeous hand made cakes in the menu and other products made of creamy custards and puddings. At Carvel you can organize your party, especially if the party is for a child. We have organized our grandson's birthday party there and everyone loved it. The place was nice, with a cheerful decoration and absolutely marvellous desserts and ice cream all over the place.
