We heard that these guys are a better deal than U-haul. Moving is a pain and we didn't feel like calling around but it's a good thing we did. They really are cheaper, by a pretty astounding margin. We literally saved hundreds of dollars in moving costs by going through them. They were about as easy to work with as U-Haul (i.e. not very), but the savings were incredible.
