We rented tents for our wedding. They didn't have anything at the venue for us; it was one of those "rent the space, you do all the work" types of set-ups. Which was fine, because we found a lot of great vendors to work with like these guys, who were awesome with the tent set-up. The tents were huge and perfect for our big wedding party, and the staff were great. Everything worked out. This was one of the easier aspects of planning our wedding! This was my first time ever borrowing a tent for an event. We had more guests than we'd originally planned though and we didn't want them to have to deal with the weather and just thought everybody would be more comfortable this way. My daughter wanted her sweet sixteen party to be outside. At first we were planning on renting space at an event venue, but she didn't want to do that, so we had the party in our backyard and rented a tent from All Island Tents instead. This actually saved us a lot of money, so we're glad that was her decision. We never could've erected the tent on our own, but thankfully the rental service included help with putting up the tent and taking it down afterward. Great service and everything timely too. We had an outdoor wedding and reception, but we didn't want our guests to bake in the sun (nor did we want to for that matter). So we came up with this idea to get an outdoor tent. We'd already spent most of our wedding budget, so this set us over a little, but it wasn't too bad. They even helped us to get it set up and took it down at the end as well, all included in the cost of our rental. Great service, and it provided the perfect shade for our reception.
