I was a little nervous about coming in to get PT. I had never done it before and I thought it was going to be really painful. I was totally wrong! It was actually very soothing, and even when it was difficult, they were very gentle and patient with me, and I felt so much better afterwards. Usually after my appointments I felt some immediate improvement, and doing the exercises they taught me, I have recovered a huge amount of motion, and my pain is a lot lower overall.
