This place is awful and this is not the place to take your children. They run a romper room office. The doctors are disgraceful.They have a bad reputation. They are uncaring. In fact if you live in the area and keep asking people about their experience, 9 out 10 will tell you they had a bad experience here. This place needs to be investigated.

You can also complain to the Suffolk County Dental Association, however your dentist may not be registered with them. The higher entity to complain to is the NY State Office of Professional Misconduct. Information regarding your rights and a complaint form are on the website. My kids are very small and I want them to have great dental services every time. Hence, I chose A & B Dentals and thus, took them to the place. My first impression was that the doctor was wonderful, he actually was patient with my kids, and showed them pictures, regaled them with stories and check their teeth. I wish I had such a doctor when I was a kid. My kiddos are no longer scared of dental visits and they love the place.
